Turkish Ambassador Pays Follow-up visit to IGP on PIKM Regulation By Kembay Police Headquarters George Street Freetown, Wednesday 28th February, 2024 Her Excellency the Turkish Ambassador to Sierra Leone, Madam Sibel Erkan has visited the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Mr. William Fayia Sellu to know the SLP stands on the Police Coordination and Cooperation Center (PIKM), ahead of the 5-6 May and 15-17 July, 2024 OIC meetings in Banju and Yaounde respectively.  In her presentations, Her Excellency Madam Erkan discloses that, her visit was to know if the SLP is interested in being part of the Police Coordination and Cooperation Center (PIKM) establishment following the 13th Summit  heads of States and Government of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). Dear Sir,
FINAL DEMAND FOR COMPLIANCE PURSUANT TO THE JUDGMENT OF THE
COURT OF APPEAL (THE SUM OF USD 135,000.00 (ONE HUNDRED AND
THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND UNTED STATES DOLLARS) AND Le 300,000,000.00
(THREE HUNDRED MILLION LEONES)

I write in connection with the Judgment issued by the Court of Appeal on the 7th day of December 2023 requiring you to pay the sum of $135,000.00 in accordance with the findings and recommendations of the Sole Commissioner and cost of le 300,000,000.00.

Despite the Court's Order and our demand letter of 20th December 2023 to comply with the said order, the outstanding amount remains unpaid. As a result, we have no choice but to insist on immediate compliance with the Court Order.
Please be advised that this letter serves as a final demand for the payment of the said sums.

We expect the full payment to be made within 48 hours from the date of this letter. Failure to comply with this demand will leave us with no alternative but to pursue further legal action to enforce the court's order including but not limited to seizure of assets.

We trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves to avoid any further legal action.

Attached herewith is a copy of the said Court Order.

By Kembay Sierra Leoneans and other non citizens residents in Sierra Leone were shocked over a statements made by the ousted United States of America Ambassador, David Reimer in a local Radio broadcast on Thursday 17th August, 2023.
