Turkish Ambassador Pays Follow-up visit to IGP on PIKM Regulation By Kembay Police Headquarters George Street Freetown, Wednesday 28th February, 2024 Her Excellency the Turkish Ambassador to Sierra Leone, Madam Sibel Erkan has visited the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Mr. William Fayia Sellu to know the SLP stands on the Police Coordination and Cooperation Center (PIKM), ahead of the 5-6 May and 15-17 July, 2024 OIC meetings in Banju and Yaounde respectively.  In her presentations, Her Excellency Madam Erkan discloses that, her visit was to know if the SLP is interested in being part of the Police Coordination and Cooperation Center (PIKM) establishment following the 13th Summit  heads of States and Government of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). Big announcement from Antonio Rüdiger for Sierra Leoneans

Antonio Rüdiger, a defender for the German national football team, contributed his whole World Cup pay to help 10 Sierra Leonean youngsters receive expensive and complicated procedures.

Rüdiger is a devout Muslim. He was born in Berlin to Lily, a Sierra Leonean, and her German husband, Matthias. He was raised in the Neukölln neighborhood of Berlin and is Sahr Senesie's half-brother.

    Thanks very much Antonio. That's what we need in Sierra Leone. Patriotism regardless of religion or tribe or region. PAOPA should learn from this example.I may sound political, but that is a fact. Nobody can't divorce himself or herself from politics. From Petrol Stations to the Markets there is no distinction, Red or Green the prices are the same. Presently, Sierra Leone is under Dictatorship not Democracy. However, it's nothing new on Africa. Soldiers have been removing the Combat and practicing government by Decree. God will definitely send a God fearing Leader not too long. He is watching the saga going on. Bio should remember that it was the people who brought democracy when he tried to freighter the country on Election Day. The elections were extended to the next day. Bio please remember the leaders Blaise Compare, Lauren Gbagbo, just to name two. A word to the wise is quite sufficient. Lonta.
